actuator or servo just to set a governor

I would like to know if you make or can recommend who does make an actuator or servo just to set a governor on a large industrial engine? would like to control it via a 4 to 20ma loop or modbus addressable. Any help would be appreciated. If it works correctly we have about sixty five engines to convert. Our present system is with the engine controller, but the response time is too slow. The governor is quite able to keep up with the speed that we need and response. (when you man it by hand.
